Recipe for cheese bread with broccoli


  • 270 grams of broccoli;
  • 1 large egg;
  • 50 grams of grated parmesan;
  • 100 grams of hard cheese;
  • 2 teaspoons flour;
  • half a teaspoon of garlic powder;
  • salt and pepper.


Wash, dry and cut the broccoli. Grind it in a food processor or just with a fork. The pieces should be the size of rice. Set the microwave to cook and cook the broccoli there.

Crack an egg into a bowl. Add garlic, cheese, flour and chopped broccoli. Blend with a spoon until smooth. Season the mixture with a pinch of pepper and salt.
