Pork steak with apples: a step by step recipe

Ingredients:

  • pork 400 grams;
  • ground ginger 5 grams;
  • soy sauce 45 grams;
  • Apple 2 pieces;
  • salt, pepper, spices, sesame to your taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Put the chopped pork to marinate with ginger and soy sauce.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the apples: cut them into slices and remove the seeds.
  3. Cover the baking dish with foil, then put the meat, and on top apples. Cover everything with foil.
  4. Send the dish to bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

I, as you may have guessed, believe that you can and should eat different, including your favorite foods. Our favorite meat is pork, so most of our meat dishes come from fatty and juicy shoulder blades. You can choose pieces that are more dietary.

Ingredients:

pork, 400 g
ground ginger, 5 g
soy sauce, 45 g
apple, 2 pcs.;
salt, pepper, spices, sesame seeds to taste.

Cooking:

Marinate chopped pork in a mixture of ginger and soy sauce.
Cut the apple into slices and remove the seeds.
Put foil on a baking dish, lay out the meat, put apples on top, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
Remove from oven, let stand 5 minutes, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

For a side dish, we boiled rice and also poured it with soy sauce. It was delicious!

We cooked according to a recipe book, but took a spatula instead of a loin and did not eat baked apples. Therefore, the calorie content of our dish is approximately equal to the calorie content of a simple baked pork shoulder.
