Babaganoush: a step-by-step recipe for vegetable pate


  • 1 large eggplant;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;

  • 3 tablespoons of tahini;

  • one 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • four 5 tablespoons chopped parsley;
  • 1 tomato.

How to make eggplant dip

  1. Cut the eggplant into several lengthwise pieces, rub with salt and let it brew for 10 minutes so that all the bitterness comes out.
  2. Then send to bake in the oven for 25 30 minutes at 180 200 degrees.

Some pâtés require a blender, but sometimes a regular fork is enough. Any cooked vegetable can be easily mashed to a puree state. Add lemon juice and oil of your choice.

Add spices, spices, sesame paste, herbs and you get a super tasty and healthy dish. Sesame is rich in zinc, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, as well as vitamins A, vitamins B, C, E, contains the valuable substance sesamin. 1 large eggplant
2 garlic cloves
juice of ¼ large lemon or 1/2 small
3 tbsp tahini
Svan salt (to taste)
ground pepper
1-2 tbsp olive oil
4-5 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tomato

Cut the eggplant lengthwise into several longitudinal pieces, rub with salt. We give 10 minutes to rest and rinse. That’s how all the bitterness comes out. Pat dry well with paper towel.
We bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let’s cool down. The peel can be removed if desired.
Mix the pulp with all the ingredients except the last 2. We beat with a blender.
Add olive oil and beat again.
In the finished mixture, add finely chopped parsley or cilantro and tomato.
We mix. We try on spices and you can serve it to the table!
