Cooking French fries at home like McDonald’s

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 3 – 4 pieces;
  • Olive oil on garlic – 1 teaspoon;
  • Onion – 1 piece;
  • Seasoning of garlic and herbs;
  • Salt – to your taste.

Cooking method:

  1. First you need to prepare a special garlic olive oil. To do this, place garlic, onion and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut into strips.
  3. Drizzle with prepared oil, season and salt. Mix everything well.
  4. Send to a deep fryer or oven (bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes). Turn the potatoes over and cook for another 10 to 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

3-4 potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic-infused olive oil
garlic seasoning with herbs
salt

Cooking method:
Drizzle chopped potatoes with olive oil, seasoning and salt. Stir to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.
