Chicken with nuts and vegetables: a step by step recipe

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 380 grams;
  • cucumber 100 grams;
  • carrot fifty grams;
  • egg white 70 grams (2 pieces);
  • peeled peanuts 40 grams;
  • soy sauce 40 milliliters;
  • garlic 3 cloves.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the fillet into small pieces and fry in a pan without oil 10 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the vegetables and stew separately from the meat for 10 minutes (stew without oil, with the addition of a little water).
  3. Roast the peanuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  4. Add vegetables and egg white to the fillet, pour over soy sauce, stir well and continue cooking. Add spices to your taste.
  5. Then add the peanuts to the dish, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

carrots, 50 g
egg white, 70 g (2 pcs.);
peeled peanuts, 40 g
soy sauce, 40 ml
garlic, 3 cloves

preparation:

Finely chop the fillet and fry in a pan without oil for 10 minutes. Mix well.
Finely chop the vegetables and, separately from the fillets, simmer without oil with a little water for 10 minutes.
Roast the peanuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Add vegetables and egg white to the fillet, pour over soy sauce, stir well and simmer. Add spices to taste.
Add the peanuts to the chicken, stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
