Zucchini spaghetti with chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 200 grams;
  • vegetable marrow 150 grams;
  • Onion 40 grams;
  • Garlic 5 grams;
  • Soy sauce 25 milliliters;
  • Salt, spices to your taste.

How to cook zucchini pasta

  1. Saute the chopped onion and minced garlic in a hot skillet.
  2. Then add the fillet cut into small pieces, salt and pepper. Fry until a golden crust appears on the meat.
  3. Meanwhile, first cut the zucchini into thin slices, and then each plate into long strips. Send them to the pan and simmer everything together over low heat under the lid (about 10 minutes).
  4. When everything is ready, add soy sauce, mix everything and leave on fire for a couple more minutes.
