  3. Heat the butter in a mug, add the jam, wine and pink pepper. Mix everything until smooth and cook for 5 – 7 minutes until thickened.
  4. Add apricots to the mass, mix and cook for a few more minutes so that the fruits become soft.
  5. We put the boiled noodles on a dish, on top – slices of apricots and pour over everything with sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve!

Kugel with apples

This is the dessert that you will definitely like, because it is prepared from delicious pasta and apples.

Ingredients:

  • spirals TM “Taya” – 400 grams;
  • butter – 100 grams;
  • apples – 3 pieces;
  • cottage cheese – 200 grams;
  • eggs – 3 pieces;
  • sugar – 200 grams;
  • raisins – 2 tablespoons;
  • cinnamon – 1 teaspoon.

How to cook:

  1. We boil the spirals.
  2. Melt butter and add to pasta.
  3. Peel and grate two apples.
  4. Add apples to the spirals and mix.
  5. Beat the eggs with a blender, and wash the raisins.
  6. Add cottage cheese, sugar, raisins, cinnamon and beaten eggs to pasta and mix.
  7. Cut the remaining apple into thin slices.
