  • ½ cup red wine;
  • dry oregano, basil, ground black pepper, salt – to your taste.

For the sauce:

Cooking:

  1. Fry ground beef in a pan, kneading lumps.
  2. Add wine and wait for the liquid to evaporate.
  3. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin and cut into cubes.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes to the mince.
  5. Mix everything and simmer over low heat for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Add minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer another 10 minutes.
  8. Boil the spaghetti in salted water and, draining the water from them, put them on a dish.
  9. Serve pasta with sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

Carbonara sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of bacon or pancetta;
  • 1 large clove of garlic;
  • 4 tablespoons of cream with a fat content of 10%;
  • 50 grams of grated parmesan;
  • 6 egg yolks;
  • olive oil for frying;
  • salt, ground black pepper – to your taste.

For the sauce:

Cooking:

  1. Cut the bacon or pancetta into strips and fry in a pan with a little oil.
  2. Add chopped garlic and brown it.
  3. Whisk the yolks with the cream.
  4. Stir in the grated parmesan to the yolks.
  5. Boil spaghetti, drain from water and transfer hot to a frying pan with bacon. We mix everything well.
  6. Next to the spaghetti, slowly, in a thin stream, while stirring, pour in the yolks with cream. Keep the dish on fire until it thickens. Stir constantly so that no lumps form!
  7. Arrange the spaghetti carbonara on a serving platter.
  8. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.

Pesto sauce

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams of pine nuts;
  • 50 grams of grated parmesan;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil;
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
  • salt, ground black pepper – to your taste.

For the sauce:

Cooking:

  1. We put pine nuts, basil and garlic in a blender, add a little salt, olive oil and beat until puree.
  2. Add cheese and beat again.
  3. We boil the horns in salted water and, carefully draining the water from them, put them on a dish.
  4. Serve drizzled with sauce.

Cream sauce with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of champignons;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 300 milliliters of cream;
  • 50 milliliters of dry white wine;
  • 50 grams of grated hard cheese;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • fresh basil, salt, ground black pepper – to your taste.

For the sauce:

Cooking:

  1. We clean the onion, finely chop and fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
  2. My mushrooms, cut into small cubes and put in a pan with onions.
  3. We add spices.
  4. Pour cream over mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add wine, finely chopped basil and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add cheese and stir until it melts.
  7. Boil the pasta in salted water and, having drained from the water, put it on a dish.
  8. Serve the noodles, pouring sauce and garnishing with chopped herbs.

Amatriciana sauce

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of smoked brisket, bacon or pancetta;
  • 350 grams of tomatoes in their own juice (canned without vinegar or fresh without peel);
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • salt, ground black pepper – to your taste.

For the sauce:

  • 200 grams pen pasta TM “Taya”;
  • 30 grams of grated pecorino or parmesan cheese;
  • fresh parsley – for decoration.

Cooking:

  1. We cut the meat into small cubes, put it in a heated stewpan or deep frying pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. We cut the onion into thin half rings, the garlic into thin slices, spread it to the meat and, stirring, fry until golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes, diced or chopped in a blender.
  4. Salt, pepper, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, boil pasta in salted water and drain.
  6. During the cooking process, you can add a ladle of water in which the pasta was boiled to the sauce to get a smooth, creamy consistency.
  7. Add boiled pasta to sauce and stir.
  8. Serve sprinkled with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
