A restrained person can be envied: emotions do not interfere with his work, personal life, financial affairs. It is easier for him to build relationships with people, and from the outside such a person looks successful and an example to follow. It is especially worth worrying about the consequences when a person shows indifference to himself: what to eat, what to wear, where and by whom to work, where to go.

“In such a situation, it is no longer possible to justify the state that has arisen by mental exhaustion or trauma, selfishness or the distribution of forces only according to the main tasks,” — said the doctor.

Ultimately, such indifference leads to degradation. And the reasons can be transferred stresses, systematic tensions. And often all this comes from childhood, according to the expert. Parents are trying to temper their children, forbid expressing emotions, instilling moral standards. Sometimes they are so addicted to rigor that there are more side effects than positive ones.

the interlocutor emphasized.
