  • Apricot – 500 gr;
  • Cream 20% – 500 ml;
  • Condensed milk – 300 gr.

How to make ice cream:

  1. We put all the ingredients in a blender: washed apricot, cream and condensed milk. Apricot can be replaced with any berry or fruit of your choice. Whisk for 3-5 minutes.
  2. It turns out a homogeneous and airy creamy mass.
  3. We shift the homogeneous, airy mass into a mold, cover with cling film and send it to the freezer for an hour.
  4. We take out, mix with a whisk, carefully break the lumps. Cover with foil again and put in the freezer for another hour. Repeat this procedure 2 more times every 40 minutes.
